Deluxe Nail Salon Spa Novi

Came here today for the first time and it was honestly my favorite nail salon i’ve ever been to! it was spacious and didn’t feel overly crowded at all, and the staff were incredibly nice. It also felt very clean and I saw them cleaning the pedicure chair/area very thoroughly after I was finished! I got the tap gel nails and i really like how they came out, and the complimentary drinks are unbeatable! this place is definitely gonna be my new spot :)

I’ll give this place 4 stars because the workers actually do a great job. However, this is the second time I’ve gotten builder gel and the nail colors is not what it portrays to be on the sample piece. Each color that I’ve had comes out way too light. This was suppose to be a blue shade and it barely shows. Not sure if it’s the product they use or what but for $70 I think it should look close to what the color should look like.

If I could leave zero I would. Wonderful pedicures. Horrible nail techs. She didn’t ask if I wanted a design or what I wanted. No communication what so ever. I left 10 minutes ago. No joke.

My daughter and I called about an appointment. After he was told the services we needed, he says come now. We arrived at 5:51 PM on Thursday, Oct.2 We mention we were told to come ASAP. Services for us each: Manicure with gel polish and pedicure gel polish. We took a seat in the wait area. A young teen girl and her mom came in and was service right away! Her mother appeared to be upset. Then 2 other people arrived with not wait !! So my daughter asked why we were being serviced after being told to come now? The gel polish on my hand peeled two days after it was applied. The lady that came over to do my nails. Did not use the heat solar unit for the polish to Adhered. I spent $118 plus $30 in tips. Just on my own my daughter had problems also with one of her toe nail and had to ask the guy

My nails were done at this salon this afternoon, but within 30 minutes of leaving, the polish was already cracking and coming off. Very disappointed with the quality. Staffs are just talking to each other and laughing without paying any attention to the clients at all. I went there with a high hope and were expecting a good turnout for my nails. but any way Never recommending this place to anyone.
