I really love the nail art they did. I had Rosie the first day and then I went back to add more and had Trammy. This was when they were all finished. It’s all done freehand and they will do what you ask for. I’ll go back again!

I’ve been coming to this nail spa regularly, and this was my 4th visit. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing compared to my previous visits. The pedicure was not done properly — there was no massage, and the overall service felt rushed and incomplete. The gel polish on my toenails was applied poorly and did not look neat or professional. My manicure was also done badly, and I’m honestly unhappy with how my hands look now. I will have to spend additional money elsewhere just to remove and fix the gel polish, which is frustrating. The technician who did my service was an older gentleman. Out of courtesy and respect, I still left a tip, but the quality of service did not meet expectations. I tried to let it go and I tried to just be OK but after spending my $85 I look at my nails and it looks like a two-year-old did them. It looks like I allowed my little niece or my little cousin to draw on my hands. I’ve gone to the salon several times and my experience was not like this. I am in tears writing this review, they decided to have some Hispanic women do my nails, and it seemed like she never did nails a day in her life.
