I went in to get a wash and set and they complained about my hair being natural and wanted me to perm it. Now I have never permed my hair AT ALL I never needed it but to make there lives easier they wanted me to pay extra to do just that. I told them no and when they were washing my hair they gave me the comb to comb it out like what the hell. They nearly burned me when they blew it out and blew it out front to back didn't part it nothing, didn't ask me if I wanted it a certain way just did as they pleased. and greased the hell out of it. Terrible. Overpriced. Will never go there again.

I hated doing my hair here because they acted as if they didn't even want to do my hair. I bet they don't act this way towards their other customers. I was disgusted in the way they treated me and my hair. They only treat Spanish-speaking customers with respect if you can't understand them your out of luck.

I went to get a wash and set with color and it came out great my hair was nice and straight great customer service the place clean they checked the temperature right before getting in the hair salon they make sure u wash your hands

Never had a issue with their service, even referred my coworkers there; who is tender headed. She loves their service.

I suggest you turn back especially if you can't understand Spanish. Geez were those people rude, wish I could get my money back. Was not satisfied at all. Disgusting.
