I saw Val for a partial foil, cut, blowdry at $175.00 for new clients. First turn off was getting a text informing me I can only tip in cash so there's an atm in the salon?? I always try to tip in cash so you dont have to report but to demand it is wild and also illegal I believe. With in 5 minutes of sitting in the chair, she asked where I had my hair last done, I told her supercuts ( I'm trying to find a stlist) , this woman gasped out loud " for highlights huff". Then looks at me and asks " you know how much it cost here right ". I should have walked out then. I am a problem child, I put a fun 3 day pink wash in a few weeks prior, and she kept going on between that and the damage and how she would make it OK. I went here hoping to have a satisfying experience, but was disappointed. (very much) Asked to get a haircut, layers as I already have. No blow dry or anything else. The lady has no idea what layers should be like I guess, since she just cut less than an inch, I still have plenty of dry ends that I needed cut. She spent about 10 minutes max to charged me $50 Not sure if I maybe had a different stylist, the story could be better? I will never go back even if it’s necessary as it was this time.

I have been going to Christina Silva for almost 20 years She’s is top notch at all things hair and beauty. Her attention to detail is very precise as is her desire for her clients happiness. I feel I should add that I am 6 months post open heart surgery which has literally destroyed my hair. I have complete faith Christina will help me get my healthy hair back. This was by far the worst salon experience I have ever had in my life. The woman who did my hair was completely incompetent. I got highlights done and they were sloppy and uneven. She left dye marks on my neck and on the sides of my head. She was far too lazy to remove them. I had to stop by the salon after my appointment and ask for formula to remove the marks. After politely showing another stylist there the dye marks and asking for a substance to remove them, a stylist with short brown hair and glasses roughly grabbed me by the neck and started rubbing very aggressively with a towel. She grabbed my neck so hard, I am still in pain. It was literal harassment at this salon over something that was not my fault and the people who work there are not top notch citizens. Great salon! Valbona is my go-to stylist. She's super talented. Never rushes and is very thoughtful. I really appreciate her skills. I have been going to her for a year and feel really good about my hair now. Definitely recommended Valbona. I trust her with my
