I’ve gone back to this salon after going there 1 month ago because the receptionist and hair stylist were so outstanding. That was still the case when I went back to this salon. They are so professional & personable. I would highly recommend this hair salon.

I was able to book a same day appointment and I had the best blowout I’ve ever had in my life. Busra was amazing and I super recommend! I will definitely be back!

This salon is so full of talent. Jen always does an incredible job with cut, color, highs and lows. They are all so knowledgeable.

Horrible experience for my tween, do not go!. I've called the salon mgr twice now to speak about this, and no call back. I took my daughter in for a 2-3 inch trim and hair thinning for her thick beautiful long hair. We walked out with a hack job. Uneven hair. Chunky layers. A "tail" in the back for no better word. 5-6 inches gone. And charged $80 (+tip) for a quick cut, no dry. Once we saw how bad it was, I had to book an emergency appt in Boston at a friends salon (thank god for Love and Mercy Salon) who was shocked at the job. She blow dried it first to see if we could work with it, but it was worse smoothed out. Had to cut 3 more inches to fix it. I have waited for a call back but clearly we are 100% not a priority. I don't know how a professional could have done this, but it was done!

I starting going to Dellaria salon in Needham few months ago. Usually it was ok with hairstylist Mila, and I continued booking my appointments with them. I had an appointment for today at 8.30am with Bustra as Mila was not available for an early morning hours. I needed my hair done before noon, as I was traveling in the afternoon. I booked the appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got 3 notification and reminders from the salon, which I responded that I will be there for my appointment. Today I was there at 8.25am. I was waiting for 35 minutes and Bustra never showed up, nor any information or notification when she will come. I had to leave waiting that they will call me and tell me why she never showed. And maybe offer me replacing service. They did not call me. I got worried that something b
