I came in today for a service with a stylist I had seen in the past and was genuinely excited to potentially become a regular client. I have a naturally very dry scalp and mild scalp psoriasis, primarily along my hairline and forehead, which I manage with a dermatologist. It is currently the dead of winter in New England, so dryness is more pronounced right now, which is typical for me this time of year. When my scalp was noticed, the tone of the appointment shifted noticeably. The stylist appeared uncomfortable and somewhat repulsed, which was evident in her reactions and the way the conversation changed. Another staff member was brought over, and I was told that the stylist was not comfortable proceeding with the service. I completely understand that a stylist has the right to decline

I came into the Braintree branch looking like my hair got caught in a blender. My whole head was basically one knot. (I know, i know. Dont ask). Kevin was a miracle-worker! I came in looking like a feral sheepdog and left looking like an absolute queen! Love the stylish look he was able to get me after the chaos of getting all the knots/tangles out. Kevin is my hero. If they can tackle my hair problems, they deserve literal awards. Love you guys!

I have been going to Dellaris salon in Braintree for a number of years. My experience has always been positive. My hair always looks great. J.P. is one of the best hairstylist. Staff is friendly and professioal.

The environment is very calming, and the staff are very kind and mindful. Never a dull experience here. Always love it here! Ronisa does my hair and does an amazing job each and every time!
