Pointer finger’s completely crooked. Both pinky nails pointing towards the heavens. Nails lengths aren’t even closely proportional. This is all after waiting well over an hour for the 1 nail tech that was working to finish up the client she’d already started on before I even entered (I entered at 4:40, tech started at 5:48, I left at 7:00 sharp as the tech was turning off the open sign). Y’all never have to worry about me again!

I am LIVID. I used to come here all the time. Ever since they changed management, I've been leary of coming back. Against my better judgement, I went anyway. I really needed my brows done. When the owner began to wax my right eyebrow there was an intense pain. I flinched and she pressed her fingertip beneath my eyebrow. She began to critique how my eyebrow is not thick enough in certain spots and she began to apply an eyebrow pencil to fill in the spots. (It looked a mess and I told her I didn't want it. She ignored me and continued). First red flag. My eye began to water and sting. I thought I was burned and told her that my eye was swelling. She said nothing. Second red flag. I went home and figured the pain would subside, but it didn't. I took pictures and came back the same

I will be returning 🤩 Just park behind Publix & take a break to relax yourself in their massage 💺 There is a Great Clips-GNC-Chinese Restaurant.

The service was good, but my manicure was awful. The nails were very poorly done and didn't even last 3 days.

The owner of the salon did a great job on my nails. I do a lot of heavy lifting and opening of boxes so we did acrylic on top of my nails. Love the way they turned out.
