Very disappointed with my first visit. I went in for a root touch-up and have blonde highlights. Instead of blending my roots with my blonde, the stylist turned my hair into an ashy, mushroom tone and made my roots very dark. It looks nothing like what I asked for. Blonde hair is important to me, and this experience was heartbreaking. I would not recommend this salon to anyone with blonde highlights.

If you ever experience a hair disaster go to D’Elegance and ask for Christina. Ian will be happy to meet you and book you in appointment as promptly as possible as he did for me. Immediately upon meeting Christina she performed a color test to see what we could come up with. With all odds against us and this red she pulled off a beautiful blonde. She was informative and professional throughout the entire process. She accommodated each and every one of my beauty needs and jumped right in to get this tedious project done as quickly as she could. The entire staff were caring. Everything was sanitized and clean. I’m utterly satisfied with our results and will be returning for a touch up. 😉

Really and truly this place has a nice look from the outside but once you get in there they are ready to make money off you as much as they can . My first red flag was the price list upfront doesn’t include additional prices for the things they add on . They charge “by your hair length” . My hair is 12” and I was charged $80 . I asked for a wash and blow. I was charged $20 to detangle my hair and $15 for flat ironing service I never asked for yet the stylist insisted . Where have you ever heard a $20 detangling fee. My hair barely lasted a day and my part was not centered. They sat there and made prices up after they finished. Salon is a scam . Overpriced for no reason

I messed up my hair because I decided to try a new salon! Huge costly mistake! I ran back to Christina and she fixed my hair. She literally performed a miracle! If you want a quality color and haircut this is the place to go!

Sofia (hair stylist) was great! She’s 40 years experiences, friendly and professional. Everyone there is professional. I love how she did my hair. Definitely recommend this place.
