Delba's Nail & Hair Lounge

We got there a little before our appointment and turns out nobody wrote that we were coming in. I scheduled it awhile before and it took them 15 minutes to find that I paid the deposit for 3 appointments. We had to wait until they found out nobody had made our appointment. There were ppl coming in and out that didn’t have an appointment, they were getting in the way trying to squeeze through chairs. They were all yelling when they were talking. When they were doing our nails, they would take personal phone calls and completely ignore us. When one of us was getting our nails done, the girl that was doing our nails, got up and tried on clothes that were brought in. They had not tried to have a conversation with us and the experience was very unprofessional. The nails did turn out nice tho. W

Had an appointment that was not honored, waited about 40 minute past the time I was scheduled. Used unsanitized, visibly dirty tools. The nails were super thick and the paint chipped off within the week. Although the original design was nice I ended up removing them a week and a half later, which was also hard due to its thickness.

She’s getting too expensive, $220 for a peekaboo style 😡
