They over-drill / over-file your nails until theyre paper thin and the next day your skin is literally peeling back from the damage (the owner did my nails). Skin was raw and painful the next day. Paid for the russian manicure and it was not worth it even the gel polish started chipping the next day. I also tried the brow tinting, they painted outside of the shape of my eyebrows even though i told the tech i just want darker brows i prefer my eyebrows thin, she also used a very light brown dye and my hair is jet black… i looked insane and they acted like it looked fine lmaoo. I couldnt even ask the tech to fix it because she spoke no english. I come here on occasion to do my eyebrows. However I made the unfortunate mistake of trying their Russian manicure and deeply regret it. The young woman who did my nails was clearly inexperienced with this technique. Russian manicures require precision and expertise because they involve aggressive cuticle work that can easily cause damage when not done properly. I left with one nail in bad shape - painful, inflamed, and I'm not even sure if it's a cut or severe cuticle trauma. Days later, I'm still dealing with significant pain and having to treat it like a wound. Russian manicures are trendy right now, but they're not something that should be offered by anyone who isn't thoroughly trained. I a not one to written a review. This is only my 2 time but they completely messed up my eyebrows. I just explaining how I like my eyebrow and she kept drawing it on the same way. The owner then stepped in said you will like it. One eyebrow is thicker than the other. I tried to say that all she did to fix it was adjust the line she drew on. The offered to have them fix it more at that point I did not want this lady to touch my eyebrows anymore. I cried when I left out of the place because they don’t look good. I had a terrible experience at this nail salon, and I’m still in shock. I had an appointment this morning, just three days before my wedding, and it went horribly wrong. The owner Rosalyn cut my cuticles so much that I’m left with painful wounds. When I told her, instead of apologizing, she blamed me, saying I have "sensitive cuticles"—which is absurd! Not only was the experience painful, but the final result was terrible too. My nails came out bulky, thick, and in a completely different shape than what I had asked for. I was literally in tears due to the pain and stress she caused me. I even asked her to remove the nails because I couldn’t stand the pain, but it was too painful to continue, and I was running out of time since I had another appointment. The staff is really sweet and accommodating but def more need more skill sharpening when it comes to Russian manicures. I’ve gotten Russian manis for many years and it is not supposed to look like this but because of relocation I came here but not worth the value. These nails are less than a week old. Update of my nails of a week old! Maria didn’t have the appropriate tools to cut the cuticles and this is an absolute disaster. Will not be coming back
