I came here for a haircut. My hair was below waist length, and I asked for a trim with a heavily layered haircut. She told me we couldn’t do the layers, which was fine, but I still wanted a small trim. She then said my hair had to be cut up to here, and it was all the way to my shoulders. I said no, that’s way too much, and she smiled and laughed. Then I told her, yeah, I don’t want it short..just do a small trim, maybe an inch max. She ended up cutting my hair all the way to my shoulders. I was heart broken and cried the entire way home. Even my family kept asking me what happened because I arrived home with less than half the hair I went in with. The customer needs to be listened to, and it was such a dramatic chop. Highly, highly, highly reccomend this salon! I originally took my 5 year old son here as he needed a quick cut one Saturday morning. Maritza did an excellent job on his hair so I decided to give it a shot! I am really careful and selective when it comes to my hair cuts as I don't tend to go to traditional barbers due to the length, so I was super pleased when Maritza gave me an amazing cut! On top of it all, less than half the price I would pay in the city, super affordable for a high quality cut! Also- best shampoo I have ever had... wondering if they will just let me come in for a shampoo every morning before work!

I have always refused to go anywhere else once my sisters, mother, and I started our hair care routines at Del Carpio salons. We each have used several of their stylists and have never once had a complaint. The cleanliness, service, skill, and overall client care are flawless.
