Please believe the reviews about Carmen. They’re very true. I booked super last minute with her for a simple non deka lash removal and honey the experience was top tier. She’s so easy to talk to very down to earth and just a sweetheart. I was already anxious once more to have lashes removed and she did not disappoint. The appt was smooth and painless. She ensured my comfort level was good. I left as a now new customer for her as I will be back this weekend for a hydra facial and a lash lift with a tint. No more lash extensions for me right now lol! I’m so excited for my facial & lift! Thanks a lot Carmen you’re a blessing from God! 💗

I had such a great experience with Carmen! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained everything she was doing throughout the process. My lashes turned out perfect — full, natural-looking, and exactly what I was hoping for. Not only is Carmen talented, but she’s also super professional, detail-oriented, and clearly passionate about her work. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I don’t leave negative reviews so it’s truly disheartening that I have to now. This was my first brow lamination and lash lift experience and my last. My eyelashes I believe to be over curled and/or over processed causing them to curl back into my eyelid. The esthetician kept asking me was this my first time and said they looked good. With that “reassurance” I believed that maybe they would fall after the 24 hr processing time and they were just really high to begin with but here we are going on 48 hrs with my eyelashes still curled into my eyelid. Brow Lamination on the website stated that it includes basic stray hair clean up. When I asked if she was going to do this she said it would be an additional $12 but it was probably too late and that it’s usually discussed in the beginning befor

If I could give Sherry 10 stars, I truly would. Not only does she take the time to talk through and personalize your lash sets to perfectly flatter your eyes, but she genuinely listens to what you’re wanting and guides you through the process. I’ve been getting lashes for years, and I’ve never felt more comfortable in anyone else’s chair. She’s incredibly insightful, heartfelt, funny, and professional. I couldn’t recommend DekaLash — and especially Sherry — more! <3

I paid $126 for the worst brow service ever. I asked for a brow lamination and it was a disaster: my brows were left thick, messy, uneven, and they even used a black dye I never asked for. The waxing was terrible and they don’t even offer proper waxing services. I literally paid to walk out looking worse than when I came in. The staff was friendly, but the work looked like it was done by a beginner. This place has no idea how to do laminations or brow design. Totally not recommended, a complete waste of money and time.
