Kianna does a great job! She’s not only talented with lashes but also takes the time to educate you on how to care for them and keep them looking their best. She also helps you figure out your best look, making sure your lashes fit your style perfectly. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I went there yesterday to get a full set of volume lashes with a Groupon. I had leftover lashes from a different salon and explained this clearly when I called ahead. The staff member assured me she would fill in over my existing lashes. However, I left extremely disappointed. The result looks terrible—she only applied a few hairs, and I paid $134 without receiving a full lash experience. Instead of a full set, I ended up with sparse, uneven lashes that are now falling out after just one day. This was a complete waste of time and money; I was scammed. I was promised a full service but was never provided one. Be very cautious and aware of this false advertising.

I was a model for Chole today and she did AMAZING. Best lashes I’ve ever had done on me. I told her what I was looking in a broad description and she helped guide me to more specific shape, length, and thickness choices. She made sure my lashes were exactly what I wanted. She even asked me if I wanted my lashes to look like I had mascara on and I said yes and they look so natural 😍. I gotten my lashes done once before with another tech and they were so heavy/sore. However with Chloe’s work, my eyes feel like I have nothing on them!! I have zero urge to rub my eyes - I just want to admire them every time I pass a mirror lol

Fraudulent!!!! Be aware if you attempt to cancel the membership they will not refund you money they have already deducted or allow you to use the credits. I will never patronize this business again. Poor business!!! Because I see the owner has responded… any business that doesn’t prioritize customer service will not succeed. Deka Lash as a business model doesn’t prioritize customer service nor does the franchise owner at the Johns Creek location, which is evident in the response below. Lesson learned for me examine the customer experience before subscribing to any membership like service.

Per usual Kiana was on point. Great conversation. Lashes look amazing and I was In and out for my fillin on my lunch break. GET THE MEMBERSHIP AND RUN TO KIANA you won’t regret it.
