Degree of Style

I tried visiting this salon several times because I do think the young ladies working there have skill and put real effort into what they do. However, I’ve had a few experiences that left me a bit disappointed. On more than one occasion, I ended up waiting longer than expected for my appointment, and it was difficult to get someone on the phone when I had questions. I also noticed the atmosphere didn’t feel as warm or as organized as other salons I’ve been to. Even some of the online posts came across a little competitive, which didn’t give me the most comfortable impression as a customer. At my age, I just prefer a more welcoming and dependable environment, so I believe I’ll be trying a different salon from now on. I had scheduled an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. The salon was closed when I got there. I waited in my car for another 20 minutes. Nobody ever showed up. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Tessa always cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She is the best ever and not a day goes by my heart doesn't ache for her.

Great service. I've gotten my hair cut at the DoS for around 7 or so years and they've never done a bad cut! The barbers are easy to talk to and understand whatever you want to add.
