I have been seeing Beth for years, not only does she listen to the concerns or challenges you may have with your hair but she offers realistic solutions that you can trust. She is a masterful colorist. My color is always stunning!! I cannot count the number of times people have asked me who does my hair. I have went from blonde to dark brown and back and have always LOVED my results! I have shown her pictures of a particular cut I like and she has never disappointed me… needless to say I LOVE her! The define team from the front desk to the girls who are shampooing are incredibly welcoming and helpful! Definitely worth every cent! ❤️

Mary was wonderful about taking her time to ask questions about what I wanted before starting any services and fully explaining how my options would look today AND as my hair grows out. We agreed on a plan and pricing was very transparent. She was friendly and kind throught the appointment. All the staff were super contentious about checking in to offer beverages or snacks throughout my visit. The salon was really beautiful and well set up. The shampoo bowls had the comfiest heat supports I've ever experienced. The ends results of my cut and color looked beautiful. I will definitely return!

I just got an amazing hair cut by Kaily! Kaily was so sweet and patient. I have had bad hair cuts in the past, so I was nervous about cutting my hair short again. However, Kaily gave me great input on my ideas, which helped me feel more confident about this new look. Overall, she did a wonderful job and I’m so happy with my hair. Also, I had an amazing shampoo from Steffany. She gave the best head massages and made me feel so relaxed. I felt like I was getting princess treatment! All in all, I had an amazing experience here at define and I will definitely be back!
