Deeply Rooted Natural Hair Care Center

I was serviced at the Deeply Rooted Natural Hair Care Center yesterday and it was quite an enjoyable enthusiastic great experience. I was taken care of immediately and very efficiently, all of my loc hair needs were met and the loctician Keisha was very knowledgeable about the care of my locs. They used to have amazing service. They never answer the phone now so if you leave a voicemail, they might call you back. More than likely not. Still waiting on a callback from a voicemail that I left last week requesting a hair appointment for this coming Wednesday the 10th.

I've always had a positive experience. My hair always looked great when I walked out the door. The hair stylists were friendly and professional.

I visited Deeply Rooted today at 11:10. The place is nice. I have a lot of locs. I believe the lady that did my hair name was Tasha. Petite lady. I showed her how I wanted my hair and she did not do what My mom paid for. I let her have it after she kept telling me she wasn’t going to leave none of my hair out that I asked for. It was more of what she wanted and not how I wanted it. I have 198 to be exact. I asked for a upstyle and she halfway did my hair. She only braided it and left the top any type of way. I don’t even know what to do with it. I told her how I wanted it and she did what she wanted to get out the door. Now my hair is everywhere and ima have to figure out how to style it cause she was ready to go home instead of doing my hair. I shouldn’t have to explain myself over when I
