It would be hard to overstate the positive impact and effect of Matthew's body work. He will make you a new person and will help offset becoming more rigid as you grow older. Matthew works on different areas of the body-- I started with the shoulder, but it became clear that my back, lower body, and core all needed Matthew's treatment. One caveat-- this is not a massage, and you will not view this experience as relaxing. It is a workout. It will take concentration and breathing to go through the 3 hours intact. Yes, it's worth it, but it does require mental preparation and physical endurance. Matthew is true professional. He is a healer. And, he is a genuinely decent human being as well.
