I am hypermobile with a sensitive system. Aka, it is easy to hurt me. I appreciate Katie's intentional, precise and grounded approach to bodywork. Somehow she knows exactly where I need work and applies the perfect pressure that my system needs to feel safe and let go. Highly, highly recommended.

I hurt my back at the gym and was in some pain. Katie was able to squeeze me in last minute. She was VERY knowledgeable, which gave me complete assurance that she knew how to treat me. She did not disappoint. She walked me through how I would feel, next steps, and how to maintain proper stretching and care for my injury. Would definitely recommend!
