I created an online appointment in her portal. I wanted to receive several services. I received confirmation texts and emails. She personally texted me to confirm and discuss some details. She explained we would take some time to go over everything when I arrived for my appointment and that we would build a plan from there. Approximately 2 hours before the appointment she canceled claiming there was a transformer out in the area and she would keep me posted on the situation. We discussed rescheduling but we were waiting to see at what point the electricity was going to be fixed. She texted stating she would be in contact and would reschedule my appointment. I’ve never received additional contact to reschedule my appointment and I was extremely disappointed as all her other reviews are grea
