Pamela was not prepared to provide tape in extensions services. A 2 hour appointment took 4 hours. We started with no hot water for the shampoo and I had to suggest she ask a neighboring suite to use their hot water. More importantly, she did not seem knowledgeable about tape ins at all. She placed several incorrectly and had to remove and redo many pieces, which caused unnecessary tugging and hair being pulled out. I even pulled up a video at the beginning to help guide the process, but she did not follow it. I ended up coaching her through most of the appointment. By the fourth hour I couldn’t take it anymore and I left before my head was even finished. She never even got a chance to style my hair. I drove 45 minutes from Oakland to Fairfield for this appointment and it was a huge wast

After my second visit today, I am still very impressed with the service that I’ve received. My first visit, I scheduled with Sarah two months ago and received Tree Braids. My braids lasted a whole two months actually 2 1/2 months through the holidays. When I called Sarah for the first time to get some information in-regards to my hairstyle preference, she was very knowledgeable, informational, And professional (considering I have very little knowledge of hair braiding) I am very much satisfied with the service and so far I’ll be revisiting Decontee African Hair Braiding salon in the near future. She was actually my first choice and my last. Not to mention, I received lots of compliments person to person, via Instagram, and Facebook. My co-worker definitely decided to book an appointment

Went today cause my friend told me they're the best in the Bay. From what I seen today, including my hair, these ladies know exactly what they're doing. They do an amazing job. As soon as I walked thru the door, I knew they were amazing. Just listening to them talking, telling stories, while my hair was being braided, was such a good experience. I'll definitely spend my money w them again.
