I have had services from Kala, Morgan, and one of their past estheticians & I can’t rave enough about this salon! I’ve had my hair extensions done & they changed my confidence in myself by a ton! I feel so beautiful! Morgan has done my nails, I’ve had my eyebrows waxed & laminated, and I’ve gotten a beautiful spray tan! I’ve never had a bad experience & for the first time I feel like I have my salon “home”! I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I just got a treatment & cut/style by Gabby. She did an amazing job! I love my haircut. She asked questions to learn exactly what I wanted & executed it beautifully. The whole staff was extremely friendly & made me feel welcome. The salon is beautiful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! First of all walking into the business felt so unwelcoming, staff was extremely unprofessional and had me waiting minutes before approaching me. I had a facial done by Kaylee and she didn’t even do any skin tests before my facial! The facial was sloppy and the space had the worst stench possible. If I’m booking at a place to get spa like features at least make the room feel and smell pleasant. Will never be back here:)

I’ve been going to Bristol for my lash lift and tint and just had my first custom facial with her! It was my favorite facial I’ve ever had. After a quick consultation, she was able to customize the service with treatments that would be best for my skin type. My skin has never felt and looked better! She puts so much care and attention into every service she provides. I love how this place is a one stop shop for any of your self care needs! Definitely check it out!

Kaylee was absolutely phenomenal. This was my first facial and I was comfortable in her presence that I actually fell asleep. She was the sweetest and kindest person! I am not one that is comfortable with people touching me and have a difficult time relaxing but she made me feel safe. Thank you!!
