Debbie's #1 Nails

We made a 3pm appointment on the Saturday before Mother’s Day to get me, my daughter, and my moms spa pedicure done. We were greeted immediately and got right into our spa chairs together. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was very relaxing and an enjoyable experience!

Ann you know I am a very good paying reoccurring customer so today when you straight up stopped my service in the middle to take care of your “cousin” who was in fact, not your cousin I couldn’t understand why you would feel the need to lie to my face never have I ever been so disrespected and for you to not address me and hand me off to somebody else that did not do the job I paid $83 plus tip to leave with no nails and a paint job I did not like i cried in my car. I was vocal and was very understanding about my experience and you did not care. I didn’t even get a sorry or anything you stayed quiet because I’m sure you were embarrassed. Had an appointment to get my nails done, the man sat me in a chair, started working on my nails and then add adruptly got up and started helping another customer. He left me sitting there for about 20 minutes in shock, then when a girl was done doing somebody else's nails she came over and started working on mine. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and that is not what I left with they did a very very horrible job and charged me $50 I will never go there again and I would never recommend it. They didnt clean my nail beds for cuticles before they put the acrylic on they just look horrible now I have to pay to get them fixed

Acrylic nail replacement, he put my nails in chemical to remove nails and proceeded to shave my thick real nails so thin they hurt. When I asked why, he laughed. I asked for pink and white Acrylic and he put clear on the white tips, I have specks of debris all in the clear and it is yellowing after 2 days. Very ugly!! Won't ever go back.
