My mom, 85 yrs old, had appointment with Kristen at 11:30 and was a new customer. She sat for 2 hrs and 10 minutes waiting for a haircut! She’s diabetic and I ran out to get her a snack. Was never told sorry I’m running late, never apologized for my mom’s wait. Still charged her as well. Did not tip! We won’t be back. Please communicate because we had an appointment!

I typically take a 30 min lunch. I took an hour and a half lunch to get my hair simply washed and cut... was SO EXCITED. Debbie told me on the phone when I asked it should not take more than an hour. My appointment was at 12:15.. I sat in the chair and waited til 1240 when I left. So upsetting!! Now I have to make up this time at work for NOTHING!!!! she does not care about anyone. I already knew they had a rep for gossiping but I really needed my hair done. NO RESPECT FOR ANYONES TIME. LADY NEXT TO ME WAS SCHEDULED 1130 AND WAITED AN HOUR. RIDICULOUS

Jamie is great, the hair color she chose for my teenage daughter was perfect! We are beyond happy and I assume the other woman there was the owner Debbie and she was great as well! Thank you both for your service and we’ll be back again for her cut! Absolutely satisfied customer here! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Thanks again Jamie 💜

Angela Lawson,,Debbie is a miracle worker , my hair had been washed combed put in a bun for 3 years , the gray was awful and the box dye omg , she give me a cut and color and highlights, I love it more than any other cut and color I've had done. The Best already made a touch up appointment! I've been back and as usual a great job , my hair is so bright and I love this cut and color , big shout out to Debbie your the hair whisperer

Terrible experience! The younger female was extremely bad at her job and had a terrible attitude. I wouldn’t go here. Very unprofessional environment.
