Walked in the guy greeted me cool, I sat down for over 20 minutes just for the guy to come over and tell me he’s about to pick up his kids that I need to come back at 5. He had 20 minutes to tell me this. Mind you they have 2 people cutting hair and it’s only 3 o’clock, that’s a 2 hour wait for one person to pick up a child. And the store hours state they close at 6pm. I understand people have to do what they have to do, but in this case they wasted 20 minutes of my off day that I hardly get so yeah I was more than upset. Will not return.

It’s an old school feel shop. My 1st cut was legit, CB did a great job. My second cut by CB, not so awesome. Not sure if it was so bad to deter me from returning or what, but it worked, I won’t be coming back. Didn’t really listen to what I wanted with the cut at all, lined my and cleaned up my beard without using any kind of shave cream - just straight dry. Butchered my side burns with pencil thin on one side and what I expected on the other. Not impressed at all, it’s hair, it’ll grow back… when it doesn’t I’ll find another barber. As I said, first go around was great. Second not so much.

have been going to de jays barber shop for almost 2 years now and this is going to be my last cut. before a 2 star rating deters you, let me explain the comfortability, the friendliness, and the overall environment are extremely inviting i specifically get my hair cut by taylor, very respectful barber and clean cuts every time my cuts always take 45mins-90mins. even when the cut is a simple shape up with beard trim. the sense of urgency simply doesn’t exist in this shop. every time i have come (10+ cuts) ive waited at least 2 hours to get a chair. appointments are unavailable for 2 of the 3 barbers. taylor seems to handle the majority of the cuts. all walk ins, he never turns anyone away. the barber that takes appointments, uses ‘theCut’ app to book appointments. in my experience

Taylor did an amazing job on my son. Really cool guys in there, very friendly.
