I should’ve known from the beginning if I go to Dominican hair salon on a Saturday without an appointment It’s a recipe for the disaster. Got attended by someone who I believed had experience with mixed hair yet she didn’t I asked her when she finished blow drying my hair if she could go again with the flat iron because my hair tends to get puffy if not given enough heat. Instead of agreeing like I asked her she insisted of just wrapping my hair up. to top it all off, She charged me heftier price for the amount of Hair that I have. Even when the cash register was checking me out, she gave the look of surprise. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a card for next time and I was like no that’s OK and she’s like oh next time just come with someone else and It'll be a different price. Over

I have sent quote inquiries on their website 3 times over the last month and a half and nobody has gotten back to me . Online and as well as at their location it states they open on Sunday at 10 AM . I was there for 2 hours today (walked there) & nobody ever showed . Also called 5 times & no answer . Very unprofessional .
