Turn around time is impeccable, customer service is great. She’s super professional and works with you with customization! She colors hair as well! She has units for those that don’t mind spending a few dollars as well as those who may not have a lot of money but want to look amazing! Get with her you won’t be disappointed

I have encountered many upon many beauty supply stores, however nothing has even came close to DD HAIR EXPERIENCE BEAUTY SUPPLY. I don’t even live in the area, I was in Philly just to celebrate my sister’s birthday back in January. When I tell you that this experience was so dope it truly was! Everything we needed and more was here. Ms. DD even had her own accessories created and hand crafted by her MUSTACCESSORIZE, if I’m saying it currently. It was such a beautiful feeling to be in a Black Owned Business better yet a beauty supply store. Ms. DD please continue to do your thing, we are all rooting for you. Yes! Purchased many wigs and bundles from this establishment and never had an issue. Even made some purchases at the height of the COVID pandemic shipping took some time but that’s expected during these times. I’ve always had a pleasant customer service experience when reaching out to them in regards to units and orders. I’d highly recommend them for all of your health Beatty needs!
