I went to this salon to get a washing set when I arrive. My hair was thick course and nice. I also did a TikTok blog that is proof of what they did to my hair. They use some type of texturizer to change the texture of my hair I just came from the waterpark. I still have not washed my hair from when I left them. My hair is basically gone. It’s dry. It’s short and I’m very upset and I’m going to call a lawyer. I’ve been trying to reach the boss, but there’s no English speaking people there which is the problem because Black people also get washed and set. We should be able to communicate with the people that’s doing I hear which was the initial issue when I went there i’m requesting a refund and to speak to the boss someone who speaks English, preferably

I use to go to a place called jazz until I was hit with credit card scam. This place does hair way better. You will think I got a fresh perm every time
