DC Barbershop

First of all, my son asked for shorter on the sides and to keep the top long. As his hair was pretty grown out. I also asked them to cut his bangs just enough so it was out of his eyes and this is what they did. Way too short, sides are uneven and the bangs.. well at least they won’t be in his eyes anytime soon. Not to mention it was an upwards of 40 minutes to get this result the guy had to ask the barber next to him for help on my sons cut. Tomorrow is the first day of school and this is how I have to send my child now. This is a $30 haircut. I do NOT recommend coming here. Way over priced. But hey.. it grows back right? Just not overnight and in time for tomorrow morning.

We had taken my 4 year old to a salon on First and they left his hair super choppy and just unfitting. Francisco helped us out here and did an excellent job! Asked me for my opinion and what I wanted for my son and he delivered. He was kind and really nice to my kid. Thanks man!

Was in town visiting and needed a good clean up. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner. A barber by the name of Richard was available for a walk in. I made a few subtle gestures indicating what I wanted, and Richard nailed it (there was a language barrier). I was pretty amazed with the final product. Next time I’m in town I will definitely be stopping by again!

Frankie has been cutting my hair for 7-8 years now, before moving from Peluquería Latina, he knows exactly what I get and hasn’t failed me once at all. The guys there are hella chill, they get their cuts done fast. If yall are looking for a new barber, i recommend this place, especially frankie!🙌🏽

Went from 5 stars to 2 for me. Had an appointment at 1 so I called at noon to confirm and was told they'd see me soon. When I arrived 10 minutes early, my barber wasn't there and I was told at 1 that my barber wasn't going to make it and naturally, I was upset but we rescheduled and I showed up the next day only to be rushed out of the chair as soon as he finished cleaning my neck. I didn't get a mirror check or asked for product. I was told, "You're finished," as he sat his next client down while I was trying to look in the mirror of my cut. No after shave was applied. Fade was decent but there are a few noticeable mistakes that shouldn't be noticeable when you're paying 40 bucks for a cut.. No one should have to deal with being canceled on at the time of the appointment. I get that life
