DC Barbershop

Not open at 9:50am, hours were shown updated 10 weeks ago by the business stating they open at 9. No answers to the phone numbers called. GPS location leads to a residential area.

I made an appointment with Will Thursday night for Friday at 5:30. I have never been to DC before. I was mostly ignored when I walked in except for Will immediately telling me that he was going to pick up his grandkids when he was done with his current haircut and another Barbour would cut my son’s hair. We waited for over 20 minutes before we were informed that they didn’t have time to do my son‘s hair and that we could possibly get it done Saturday or Monday. Horrible and embarrassing experience I will never go back.

Great place, and the setups is nice too. However there's a amateure barber called ADAM, he's the worst barber I have ever seen in my whole life, confused and I doubt it if he's actually a barber. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he ended up spoiling my hair and gave me something completely different. Avoid ADAM, don't let him touch your hair, he's going to spoil it.!

Thank you Will to waste my time this morning!. Yesterday Fri, you give me an appointment at 9:00 AM today. I insisted you to write down but you didn't. I was at shop at 8:50 AM because I think another's time is important and I use to be on time ever. I left the shop at 9:10 because you didn't show up. None of your co-workers couldn't take care of me because they were following their schedule, not like you.
