I had a horrible experience at this salon. The nail technician had me in distress lacerating at my skin many times without disinfecting the cuts. Even when I asked her to. She didn’t measure my nails to the corresponding fingers as nail technicians ALWAYS do. The work on my nails was unsymmetrical, it’s like she wanted to rush me out. Plus, she filed my nails so thin it feels like paper, I’m scared it’s going to rip my nails and skin. Remind you I left with five fingers bleeding a lot, more than I ever seen at any nail salon!! Never coming here again!!!

*Update 9/2022: still a current client. The lady who washes my hair is pretty good. I realized that she’s capable of providing a much gentle wash upon request. She was knowledgeable of the types of deep conditioners they offer for any hair situation you may have. My hairstylist is always great her nickname is China and she’s a sweetheart. Smooth and lasting blowouts for dayssss. I casually take breaks from going to the hair salon but I don’t hesitate to come here if my hair lady is in. They get five stars for their consistent service. 😉 I would also recommend Giselda her blowouts are very good and she doesn't burn you (for those of you who are sensitive to heat like myself) I literally was falling asleep while she did my hair once I loved how gentle she was. Have been coming since I was a little girl (over 20 years off and on). It was previously Libby’s but it changed ownership over a decade ago but the girls have always been the same for the most part. I love the service and results, just plan to spend the day and have patience: it’s well worth it.
