I am a bit disappointed with this place. What is the point of booking an appointment through squaredup if Denise is not going to honor it? I checked on Saturday via her booking system to see her availability on Tuesday, there were plenty of options then. Two days later, it is narrowed it down to 2 different times. I booked the afternoon time for only haircut and received confirmation. I arrived on time and greeted by her with a nonchalant surprised look by asking me if I had an appointment and what type of service it was for. I wanted to show her the confirmation, but she wanted me to reschedule because she had to "run somewhere". No smiles or apologetic about not checking nor updating her availabity. Respectfully, a client's time is as precious as the hairstylist's time.

Denise is the best! She hooked my daughters hair up and she loved it thank you for making her beautiful 😍

If you are searching for a beauty salon that respects their clients time and is reliable, this IS NOT the salon for you!!! With less than two hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a text from Denisse saying that she is rescheduling my appointment. She didn’t even have the decency to offer a short reason as to why my appointment was being cancelled so close to my appointment time. All I got was I’m rescheduling your appointment. This act was extremely unprofessional and disregarding of my time. It’s not what you do but how you go about doing it.

I needed a last-minute eyebrow and lip wax appointment while out of town and I'm so glad Google led me here! I booked an appointment online (super easy) and within 15 minutes I was sitting in a chair. Because I had booked so last minute the usual person who does waxing had stepped out, but Brianna accommodated me. We had a great conversation, and she did amazing on my brows! I have sensitive skin and usually waxing leaves me red for 5-6 hours. This time within two hours I was red-free and I attribute that to Brianna's care and attention. Great customer service, great prices, and the store was super cute. I will come back here in a heartbeat when in town again!!
