Dazzling Nails & Spa

First and last time visiting this nail salon. I was looking for a salon after moving here. Nice person but my nails came out so bad. Even after asking to have them fixed this is still how they looked. Do not recommend this place.

Worst experience I’ve had at nail salon. If you would like to experience racial discrimination this is the place for you. To add insult to injury no one asked what was the issue or what happened to caused the nail salon tech to treat me such way. I asked for a regular nail polish manicure and after the manicure was completed I asked if I can sit under dryer so my toe nails can dry properly before I get my manicure. I was told that service is no longer available. I ask why I was never notified of this before painting my toenails. The nail tech stated she can no longer finish my service because she cannot deal with me because she does not have the patience. I waited for about five minutes before another nail tech asked me what I needed. After my toes were dry I felt like I did not need to be

Very very poor customer service skills. I left with nails half done bc I could not take the back and forth about the shape of nails I requested. I should get what I request since I’m paying. (She was bothered bc I wanted coffin shape more pronounced… thinner). Nonetheless, I paid for the half service provided and had to go to another nail shop for completion.

The guy had was very rough on fingers filing my skin not my nails used a dab of lotion on my hands I also have some bubbles. My pedicure was the worst leaving skin clipping massage he did put any effort in it at rubbing my skin with water and dab of lotion also not even moving stayed in one spot for ever. One day later this is how my pedicure looks. The only reason I haven’t gone back to the salon is I don’t live in the area it’s about 40 minutes away from my house.

I moved from Jersey about 4 yrs ago, but whenever I come back this is one of my first stops! The nail technicians do a great job on manicures and pedicures and they are up on all of the latest trends for your nails!
