Good customer service, not the best braider. I just got these done last night and I’m really disappointed.

Started my Locs here, she's a nice lady but 3 separate times I had to call and remind her I had an appointment and wait 15 to 20 mins for her to show up. This last time she sent someone else to do my hair and that someone else put their kid on my hair (which I don't mind supervised but she left the shop while the little girl finished my hair) this is 2 days before I attend a formal wedding and I couldn't book anyone that quickly to do my hair. It's not hard to be professional this mf didn't even try. 😒

Will tell you they can do it and can't necessarily do it. Will rush through your hair. I got small knotless braids that i had to make them redo 4 times because they were rushing through. Making parts huge. Messy parts to the point they were riping my hair to make the next part. Then i asked for a middle part and it was on the side of my head. My Hair was messy and falling out in only one week. I got my hair done Sunday the 24th and when I asked for a touch up the next Saturday! She said it'll be 90 dollars for two rows I the front and back. Which is basically half the price I initially paid. It has now been 3 Sundays since I got my hair done and it can't be up any more that's how bad it is. I get small knotless box braids all the time and it's the most manageable long lasting style... when

Omg don't waste your time, I had to tell her to stop I was there to get passion twist. NOT what I was getting, they used two different types of hair never seen that before and pieces of hair stuck out everywhere I was like you can take these out cuz I'm not paying for this she call herself getting upset for wasting her time but what about mine I have to take them out and find someone else to do my hair paid her for some of her time but that was it. She said it's like the pictures on the wall and i was like no its not I've had passion twist and never did they look like this
