I’ve been a client since the salon was called Bliss, and I’ve always had good experiences with facials, pedicures, and manicures. Unfortunately, my recent manicure was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I intentionally booked a manicure specifically meant for rough and dry hands, because that is exactly the concern I wanted addressed. I am fully aware that I have dry skin; that is the reason clients go to salons, for care and improvement, not judgment. The manicure itself was rushed and incomplete: • Nails were filed • A scrub was applied and washed off within about a minute • Honey was applied, hands were placed in a heating bag for a few minutes, wiped off, and nail paint applied Cuticle work was barely done. Best massage experience I've ever had! The experience was pure bliss. Every single person and staff I encountered was friendly, inviting, and approachable. Very hospitable spa! My masseuse made me comfortable and totally relaxed, the aromatherapy was next level amazing. The location was beautifully decorated and very sophisticated. I loved the colors and light chandeliers, with very comfortable seating. From the relax lounge to the tranquility lounge. Each space was perfectly designed for maximum comfort. Felt very pampered! My pedicure was so private and luxiours. I had an excellent time and will cherish my spa treatment for mother's day. Will be back as I'm now obsessed. Thank you Madison and Linda!

I found the holy grail for Spa services! I stumbled into the place because my daughter gifted me a massage session and I got hooked from there on. I’m very impressed by my masseuse, Holly. She’s great! I just had to try the other services so I signed up for their membership. You can’t go wrong with the membership. It’s designed in a way that benefits the member. It’s like a savings account for wellness. I love it! You get discounts on the services on top of that too. I haven’t seen any program like it. The rest of the staff are great too! The front desk are lovely! Very welcoming and accommodating!

Found this place on google looking to get away from a chain and for something local, place was amazing! so cute and cozy. I got a massage and Facial, both were great and will be going back again. Lacy, my Esthetician was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and gave me great skin recommendations. 10/10 I will be back again, next time I am in the area.

I’ve been coming to Lacey Redmond for a few months now for dermaplane and a facial. The entire experience is amazing!! She is very detailed but she also keeps the entire experience very relaxing. My skin feels better than it has in years and I highly recommend anyone looking for these services. She is top notch!!
