Day Spa Nails

I got a pedicure last Friday and my big toe is swollen, red, and painful to the touch. It is getting worse. I will update this post after I see my doctor. Also, Theresa was the one to give me the pedicure. I asked her twice if she was using sterilized tools. They did not come from the sterilizer or out of a bag. She assured me they were but evidently not. This is serious and they need to consider the risk of not using clean tools.

Worst service ever. We asked for 2 pedis at same time and they said yes come in. We waited when we arrived just sitting in chairs with no water. There was a kid of theirs dribbling a damn basketball around the shop while I was off work and trying to relax in the chair!! Wtsf! My friend almost came unglued next to me as well!!! Never offered a drink or anything. Said they charge $15 extra for gel(tf!!! I’ve been getting nails done for 15 years and I go every 2 weeks rn) never heard of SUCH an up charge! Then the massage had no pressure and the nails look like I did them myself and I was in town from TX and paid for the highest one they have. I still have tons of dead skin on top on toes and just blah! I can’t even begin to tell you how upset I am. I didn’t even want to pay or tip!

I’m very pleased with my experience. The lady who did my pedicure and manicure was very nice and thorough. The color I picked was a bit more transparent than I’d like but it still looks nice. My feet and hands look much better now! She even helped me with a problem toe I had. It’s much better now. Prices were fair. Felt like I got what I paid for. Only negatives were that it was stuffy inside and there were kids running around intermittently playing basketball and running through the salon. Made it less relaxing.

Did an outstanding job on my nails! After almost giving up on getting my nails done in Duncan because of so MANY bad experiences, this place completely changed my mind. They took their time to ensure an exceptional job was done. I got a matte finish done on my set and the stuff they used is unlike any other, it feels sooo soft. The price was also cheap for the exquisite job they did! HIGHLY recommended!

I love getting my nails done they do a wonderful job every time. The female does all the designs I have asked her to do and very detailed. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
