Saw Kris twice and she’s amazing. Very affordable, and the quality is honestly better than places I’ve paid a lot more for. She also went above and beyond by helping identify an issue with my right shoulder and referring me to a great chiropractor, which I really appreciated. The environment is super relaxing ( calming music, soothing vibe ), and she seems to find tension areas without me even having to explain. She's my go-to massage therapist now. Highly recommend.

Have been to Kris now twice. This last time she took out a deep knot in my lower right back and because of it was able to preform well in my cycling race. Highly recommend!

Kris provides professional recovery services through excellent massage and recommended stretching. Recently had a whole body massage with Kris and she is good at pinpointing your problem areas. Felt like some of my knots were completely gone hen she was done. Her massages tend to be deep, so be sure to let her know is you would like a little lighter pressure. I also had a hot hand wax that made my hands feel amazing.

Kris is very personable and very knowledgeable. I have been a return client for several years and Kris always delivers. My lifestyle is very active and athletic, including weightlifting.
