SEARCH NO MORE! I was looking for a massage therapist in the CLT area after coming to UNCC, and I have found them. Michelle was absolutely AMAZING. Made me feel comfortable and addressed my areas of concern and made me feel SOO much better getting off her table. Truly recommend coming here and booking with Michelle!!!! I will definitely be coming back.

I try to schedule with Michelle regularly. She does a phenomenal job keeping me ready for all my activities. Extremely good at hitting those troubled spots for recovery and avoiding injury. Highly recommend her and Day Break to any athlete looking to stay injury free and at their best level of performance. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in her massages and it shows! Can't say enough good things!

Michelle gave me an incredible massage the other day! Came in with lower back and neck/shoulder tightness and left feeling invigorated, looser, with tightness gone. Michelle listened to my concerns and tailored my massage to target my problem areas. She was welcoming, engaging and very professional. Definitely plan to book with Michelle in the future!

Michelle was phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. They were attentive, checked in about pressure, and clearly knew what they were doing. My tension melted away, especially in my shoulders and hips. This was one of the best massages I’ve had, highly recommend. 20/10.
