The staff is rude and very unhelpful. I purchased 2 packs of hair, came back to exchange them, I was told I could not without the receipt, I could only receive store credit. I have the hair that I wanted to exchange and was told to come back because they could not offer it that day, So I purchased another 2 packs of hair and returned the next day. I explained that I could not locate the receipt again to the next set of workers, because I was just there the day prior and if I could receive the store credit. I was told no ( by a male and young lady ) to the store credit even though I was was just told by the 2 females that I could. I left the hair that I had previously purchased on the counter and told them they could have it because there was nothing I could do with the hair. There are on

I'm looking around the store I picked up some nails I were going to buy but was told that I can get cheaper at elsewhere It's was a older Asian guy who then accused me of stealing and demanded me to open my bag and i said no I put and that I put the nails back on the shelf. I was just in shocked that I was being humiliated and profiled I then said to go look at the camera and which he did and apologized of his false aligations. My first and least time plus prices are way to high.

I went to return some dried up hair glue they sold me and was chastised by the owner/manager as if I were a child. Never again.

I think they do bootleg stuff here I noticed the braiding hair packs are very uneven like some packs have more hair than others..I think they take hair out the packs. If you noticed most of their braiding hair has a piece of tape on the packages. Like they unseal it and tape it back

I went to this store today and unfortunately I had a terrible experience. Apparently they have new owners. I went in with my receipt to return a shampoo that was about $5. The lady behind the counter told me that she could not accept the return because it was beyond 4 days from purchase. I was confused because when I purchased the item a few days ago, my receipt said within 7 days. After a back and forth with her, I just left the product and decided I would not return. Compared to other beauty supply locations, this store is the most expensive and has the inventory and products. If you are looking for a beauty supply store, go to the one in Woodmore Town Center or in Bowie Town Center. 0/10 would not recommend patronizing this store again.
