I had such a great experience here today! I originally scheduled my appointment online, and unfortunately, my stylist had a family emergency. The salon did call and left me a voicemail to reschedule, but I was at work and didn’t see it before heading over. When I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and apologetic. Since I was already there, they offered to check if anyone else could fit me in, which I truly appreciated, since I really wanted to get my hair done. Within minutes, they let me know someone could take me, and shortly after, Meg came out to get me. Meg was amazing! No judgment, no pressure — just someone who truly listened and cared about what I wanted. She walked me through everything, respected my comfort level, and still gave thoughtful guidance when I needed it. Her energy is calm, confident, and so reassuring — especially if you’re nervous about making a change. I added on the extended shampoo treatment with the scalp and hand massage and WOW. I got a curly cut and eyebrow wax from Makayla and loveeed how it all turned out. She was so nice and fun to chat with. She also gave me a lot of helpful tips on how to maintain my style. Highly recommend seeing her if you have curly hair!
