Chelsea was amazing! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. I haven’t felt confident with my hair in a long time, but after getting my color done here, I finally feel like me again. The transformation was beyond what I hoped for—my hair looks vibrant, healthy, and absolutely beautiful. Chelsea truly listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The results exceeded my expectations, and I left the salon feeling genuinely happy and confident. I’m obsessed with my hair and so grateful for the confidence boost. I hope to stay with Chelsea for all my future color/hair needs. Highly Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Darrell Barrett salon and it was a wonderful experience. I hadn’t been able to get my haircut for a while and parts were growing out uneven so my previous style just wasn’t working anymore. I had a major life event to attend that afternoon and needed to look my best. Rosemary listened to all my needs before cutting and styling my hair into a new look that was easy for me to manage and made me feel great. I received lots of compliments later that day as well. This was my first time here, and it was the best salon experience I've had by far. Darrell really takes the time to get to know your hair, listen to your vision, and deliver results above and beyond what you were expecting. The entire staff are down to earth, so friendly, and go out of their way to make sure your experience is flawless. The hype is very well deserved! Happy to have found my new salon home, definitely will be returning!! :)

KAT is exceptional with color and style. She listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions on how we could go about creating the color I wanted and I am so very happy with the finished product. I was so surprised on how Darrell Barrett prepares you for a wonderful experience. No question goes unanswered. Kerrie and Madeline are a great professionals on the team helping me with my finished products, shampoo and scalp massage. Thank you ladies. See you soon again!

I don't have enough words to adequately express how great this place is. Aside from "normal" expectations of clean, efficient, etc., each employee (including Darnell) is friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I have a great deal of trouble expressing what I would like to happen) and attuned. Suggestions are made and it feels like listening to an artist's advice to help get the best result. I first came in blind and was struck how one can tell it's a great place to work therefore drawing the best out of the people there. I have no doubt if I was unhappy about something, every effort would be made to try to fix the problem. At least give Darnell Barret salon a try and I doubt you will ever be disappointed.
