Darque Tan

Went in for a spray tan last week and the machine didn’t mist, instead it sputtered our spray tan which started mid face downward. I had spots all over me and showed the girl who clearly had just started working there and knew very little about tanning (but was very nice) and she said she would contact the manager to call me within about an hour to either credit me or make it right. It’s been a week and no one has contacted me. This is a very poorly run business and i will not be going back. Stay away

I've been to every tanning salon in the city. This one is the best. The staff is super friends and knowledgeable. I've been back six times. The prices are really reasonable, especially if you buy a couple of tans at a time. Just love the girls who work here!

One star is generous for this ghastly run business. I’ve been blessed with a wonderful natural tan, so luckily I don’t depend on these places, but occasionally I like to treat myself to an added glow. I’ve never been more appalled and offended than I have by this place. The customer service is a foul as the results. You’re better off doing it yourself.

My fiance has been to this location multiple times, this last visit was by far the worst experience anyone could've ever had. She will never be going back to this location ever again. The so Called manager Molly doesn't even have a properly trained staff, all the beds were filthy and that tanning bed looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It was absolutely disgusting we've since moved our business to Boca Tanning. The only young ladies that were extremely helpful to my fiance and myself was Manal and Sari. She was very outgoing and always made sure that everything was to our liking. Im sorry that they have now lost a customer due to the rest of the staff and management being incompetent.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! Also, the"package deals" they offer are terrible schemes to make you think you are saving money, when in reality you are"locked" into a contract and there is a fee if you want to get out of it, not to mention other fees that are somewhat undisclosed when you are first signing up. The beds are okay, but I've gotten just as deep of color from other salons that are HALF their price. They also do not offer a one-time tan, if you just need a little color for a special event. This forces the customer to purchase one of their ridiculous "packages". Not recommended at all!!!
