Two stars only for the customer service I received from the person who runs the IG. I had an appointment today (have had it for weeks) to get my hair cut as I'm pretty sure I'm getting engaged this weekend. I get to my appointment and my stylist, Patricia, no showed. She claimed I didn't have an appointment so I sent her a screenshot, I also got multiple text reminders even up until today. I wouldn't book again, if you can't keep track of your appointments (or be reached by phone) there's no trust in the services. Super disappointed, was excited to try this salon because the vibe felt right up my alley. I'm also not sure what the response means by 'we tried to make it right'. Bridget does an amazing job on my lashes. Unfortunately, I’m taking a break from them for the summer time, but I’ll definitely be back around September to get my lash fix in. I’ve had my lashes done from several people in the past and Bridget is by far one of the best! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Bridget is super reliable and always does a fantastic job keeping these lashes up. My only complaint is when she takes vacay, but that’s a MUST! I go weekly and the price/environment is 💯
