Dapper G Barber College

I’ve been there a few times, but today I paid for 2 haircuts. Kept us waiting and they had like 8 students having class and only one student doing haircuts. Never got with us to advise they would be with us shortly or nothing. Kept seating and staff was very unprofessional. Walked out 16 dollars lost ain’t going back I really don’t know what happened to this place.

Good customer service etiquette. Machines are sharp and smooth. Waiting time is average or a lil more however is because they are trying to get every customer right. The only down side I saw is that if you get other things at once. They might forget and need to remind them. Or they will forget. Got 2 haircuts, facial, eyebrows and shampoo treatments. They forgot 1 haircuts. But due to the prices to customer service and quality they still deserve 5 stars. Do recommend this place and props to their work and cleanses.

I've always had an amazing experience here for both my son's and let's not forget about the students who are always profectionist when it comes to cutting hair, but today i have to share about Ryan the grown man who sits up front huffing and puffing while he collects payments and how disrespectful he was towards me when I simply asked to speak to someone about over a 2 hour time frame of waiting when I was told it was going to be about an hour wait. I had noticed my son's were being skipped and had questioned him about it and he rudely replied that this was a college for students. Which he is completely correct about but I wasn't complaining about a haircut it was the lack of his attention when it came to keeping track of the list. I bring my kids here. Every cut has been way better then the expensive barbers we used to go to before discovering them. Thank you for taking your time and hearing the kids out at each cut.

Walked in around 9:30AM on a Friday. There was one person getting a haircut and 3 barbers. The lady upfront who is the manager was nice and greeted me from the entrance. I read the negative reviews but I honestly didn't see that this time. Noah was my barber and he did right by me and cleaned me up nicely. He took his time and asked what I thought before finishing. I came in with the expectation that this is a barber school and they are definitely getting it right. I'll be coming here whenever I'm in San Antonio for sure.
