I strongly believe that you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was subpar, prompting me to decide that it will be my last visit. Accompanied by my mother, we encountered an unwelcoming atmosphere, particularly she was unnecessarily rude with both of us. Specifically, she made an unwarranted comment about my fingers being crooked, which was inaccurate. Moreover, she neglected to properly address my ingrown toenails during the pedicure, seemingly prioritizing speed over quality. Her behavior has consistently been hostile towards me, despite my reserved nature I tried over looking it . She jerks your hands and feet around . While I regret seeing any business lose customers, I will not be returning due to her unacceptable demeanor. No client deserves such treatment,

I made an appointment to have my nails done with acrylic. First of all one of my nails was crooked. Second, they were so thick and bulky. I asked her to fix it. There was a witness. She threw herself back in her chair and said go somewhere else. After other words being said. She refused to take off what she had done. I did report her to better business bureau. But one thing I am happy about. I have steered several people away from her just from my experience alone. I have to say I have never received service of rudeness and just plain meanness out of an owner/operator.

My son's girlfriend and I went to Danville Nails today. I've been to many salons and have NEVER had such a bad experience. The lady was very, very rude. First, she wouldn't let my son's girlfriend pick the lengh of her nails. She also wouldn't give us time to choose what colors and designs we wanted. I will say we were indecisive. However, no one was in the shop and this was our first, and last, time there. We wanted to look at the colors and designs she could do. Second, she first told us $50 each, and then said it was $55 for the nails after they were finished. Next, She didn't lotion my feet afterwards. I still had dried, rough toes and my feet weren't that bad when I left there. Then, she left all of my son's girlfriend's cuticles loose and hanging off on every single nail. She didn't

Would not recommend, made a appointment for 2 kid pedicures and 2 adult. The woman was not friendly at all. The girls tried talking to her multiple times and she ignored them. At first she didn’t even want us to sit beside them, although this was there first big girl pedicure and they had lots of questions. Upon checkout the girls again said “ thank you so much for doing our toes”, and still nothing just ignored them again and acted like she didn’t hear them. (they said this 3-4 times in a row) . When we were checking out she told me my total was 55$ at first, then changed it to 65$. I handed her a 20$ gift card at first, & then 70$ cash because I didn’t have change. She didn’t even ask if I needed change, & basically shoved us out the door. If I didn’t have the girls with me, I would not
