wow- just wow - I’ve been to so many salons that couldn’t get my hair the way I wanted, but this place nailed it! I was a little nervous at first, but they assured me they could do it — and wow, did Emma deliver! My hair turned out absolutely perfect. Hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! I was welcomed when I came in and immediately offered drinks and a snack, and even got a tour of the salon! Very affordable, great service, & great people! Will be my go to place Highly recommend! 💇‍♀️✨

I got my hair colored here and had a very disappointing experience. The color I received was completely different from the one I showed to the stylist. When I reached out to express my concern, the owner called me and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional way instead of trying to help. I paid expecting good service and respect, but unfortunately, I got neither. Customers deserve to be treated politely, especially when they are unhappy with the result. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who values good communication and professional behavior.

I made an appointment a week in advance. When I got there I asked for a silver blonde (I’m already blonde) and to make sure my face is framed in well as i wear my hair back a lot and most of my gray hair is around my face. A normal salon visit for me is over 4 hours so I was happy when the bleach was in and I was processing in one hour. Moved to the sink where the shampoo process was painful and rough. Then my hair was brushed out in the sink where I’m pretty sure I lost 1/4 of my hair. Mind you I have long hair. Back to the chair I was turned away from the mirror while my hair was dried. I was then turned to the mirror where my cape was removed and I was told I could pay up front. I was not given a mirror to look at the back and was rushed out of there. Then I was told it was $178!!! Madalyn is amazing!! I showed her a picture, and she brought it to life perfectly. She really took the time to ask all the right questions, ensuring everything was exactly what I wanted. She’s so attentive and truly cares about making sure I’m happy with the result. I’m in love with the color and style of my hair—it’s exactly what I envisioned. Plus, she even waxed my eyebrows to match my hair color flawlessly! I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would highly recommend Madalyn at Danny Rateliff’s! I’ll never use anyone else!

Don’t allow the exterior detour you from this gem! Absolutely like walking into a little salon cave within Bellagio, LV. Love love the stylist’s and the service. History of going to B Barr.. :/ Service and outcome unlike anything I’ve experienced in TXK.
