I had such a wonderful experience with Ricky! From the moment I sat in his chair, he made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. We laughed the whole time — he has such a warm, friendly, and genuinely pleasant personality that made the entire appointment so enjoyable. What impressed me most was how attentive he was throughout the haircut. He checked in with me step by step to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted, and he was incredibly careful and detail-oriented the entire time. I truly felt listened to and cared for.
