You lost a customer today of 3 years. And it is not the quality of the work that is done here, by any means... My daughter's hair is always done perfectly. However today we waited two and a half hours. Although this is the first time we waited this long.. I’ve been coming here for about 2-3 years.The owner and staff usually do a beautiful job. However this is my second time booking an appointment ahead of time and she has acted like she didn’t know that the appointment was happening. When we arrived she was in the back helping another customer. When she came out and asked if we had an appointment, I said,” yes ma’am at 11.” She looked at me like I was crazy and inconvenienced her. We drove 30 minutes out of our way for the service because it’s usually great—so we don’t mind. I think today she was under staff and was a “one woman show”. My mom and I waited about 2 to 3 hours for an 11 o’clock appointment and are now just leaving at 1:30. She put me under the hair dryer to spare time. I was under the dryer for about 45 minutes until the dry

They rushed the whole process for my blowout. They cut my ends TERRIBLE and rushed to put a cap on so I wouldn’t notice the damage. I even asked her if she cut all of my ends because it took her 1min to do so. My hair frizzed up within 30mins because they didn’t do the rollers correctly. The worst Dominican blowout I ever had in my life!!! When I called for a refund, the owner offered to redo the blowout. I didn’t feel comfortable having them play in my head again so I told her that I just wanted my refund. She then tried to call me broke and said “Oh you just need the money. Come and get your $60 since you need it.” It’s not even about the money, it’s about the terrible service I received. This place and people have always been accommodating to my needs of my hair. My hair is curly and I like the roller set and my hair always looks amazing. The hair Sylist at this place know ethnic hair like no one else in the San Antonio area. Always ask for Danisa and Angelica.

The employees were so friendly and they really treat you like family. I had an asthma attack and they wouldn’t let me leave they called EMS to assist me. When I go to Danisa’s I know I’m in GREAT HANDS! 😊❤️
