This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never come back to this establishment. He sold me some hair and the hair turned colors as soon as it was put in my head by my stylist. Adam, the owner, would not refund my money or give me a free pack of hair to compensate me. He told me at 9 PM to take the hair out of my hair and give it back to him so he can return it to the manufacturer. He wanted this before he would do anything to compensate me. I told him this was the cost of doing business. It was one pack of hair. Never again. Do not use his shop for anything.

The service here is always top-notch! Adam is very knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. He’s patient, helpful when it comes to recommending products, and makes the shopping experience smooth and welcoming. Great customer service, great energy, and quality products. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to everyone I know!

I felt very uncomfortable. The Arabic man kept watching us thinking we were stealing even when I had a basket to put my products in. He kept yelling at my baby because she was only TOUCHING products. Not stealing or damaging. He had a man constantly keep walking behind us to look after us. I’m African American and I took this as racially profiling. A Caucasian group comes in after us and he wasn’t worried about them at all. Just bc I’m black does not mean I’m stealing. Did not feel welcome at all and will not be coming back.

My absolute favorite beauty supply store in garner! The owner is so kind polite and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. My daughter loves his hair accessories!

A small selection with quality products. I got a line of products I was looking for and a couple of oils to try. Asked me if I needed help when I walked in and made sure I found what I needed. On my list of go-to shops 👌🏾 🥰
