Dang Nails

I think it depends on who you get here because my daughter’s nails look good even though they are completely not what she asked for and the woman just completely ignored her Pictures but mine look absolutely terrifying. The shape is definitely not what I asked for and it looks like they were painted by my five-year-old I repeatedly said how terrible they looked and the employees just laughed at me and then told me that would be $65. I cannot stress enough how much I would not recommend this place. It’s one thing to do a bad job but another thing to laugh at someone when they tell them they don’t like it instead of fixing it.

Please do not spend your money here!! HORRIBLE customer service!! Please read all reviews!! There are better nail salons in that area that are updated/clean and have phenomenal customer service!!

I have been going to them since they opened and have always been so pleased with their services. They do an amazing job and I certainly would always give them the top marks.

I wasn't going to write a review but I have never been so disgusted with my nails when I look at them. I went last week and I came in with square shaped nails which I like. The male nail tech up front first was using the Dremel to rough which hurt a couple of times and I told him. Secondly, he changed my nail shape to square round which o didn't ask for and I let it be, last I wanted a yellow color and he did 2 coats which he said is the amount of coats they do, you have to ask for more. I have never had to do that anywhere, if I pick a color, they make sure that's the color I get and my nail under the polish is not revealed. I told him to just take it off because I was not pleased and was gonna go elsewhere. He then said it's extra to take off which he won't do until I say I will pay extr

Paid 70 bucks for a pedicure. Ridiculous pricing. They didn't even do a callus removal. On top of that they made me wait 20 more after I had already called hours before to make an appointment and the guy still sounded rude when I asked how long more. Update: Here's my 70 bucks gel polish pedicure 2 days later Definitely not worth it. Waste of money and time
