Terrible experience. There’s no fade, missed spots, choppy lines, and uneven mustache trim. Why do we have prison techniques being used? Using a razor blade on a comb is crazy. Just use the scissors! Nothing about this cut is “ok”, nor is it “not so bad”. The whole time, I had an uneasy feeling about it all. I just knew the technique and feel of the cut was terrible. Then, the easy mustache trim that I just knew I was gonna regret asking for was uneven. The worst part of all this is that she didn’t say a word! You have to know when you do a bad job(or maybe you don’t). I mean, you have me right in front of you! You should own up to it, apologize, and discuss a remedy. I walked out hoping I was wrong, and that maybe showering off the hair will clear it up. No. It just made it more clear how

Second time I’ve had a bad experience here and the last chance I’m giving them. Sunday, yes always busy, that’s understood. Two barbers were up front and one lady in the back room. Everybody took their numbers and the two barbers up front were calling numbers like normal as they should. Everytime the woman in the back came out she just said “who’s next?” Expecting 10-12 people sitting in there to get who is next right and someone not get skipped is asking a lot. What do you know I ended up getting skipped after waiting 25 minutes already. I was # 43 and when she asked who is next, someone said 42 is next. After a few moments of everyone waiting to see if 42 spoke up which they didn’t she decided to just take the guy sitting in front of her WITHOUT going to 43. I was JUST about

I used to get my haircuts at this barbershop while I was in the U.S., and I was always very satisfied with the results. I usually got my haircut from the man with the long beard or the young lady — both did an excellent job every time. The only issue I experienced was with the customer queue system. They use a number system, but no one actually calls out the numbers; they just ask, “Who’s next?” This sometimes causes confusion and small delays, especially on Sundays when the shop gets very crowded. I hope they can improve this part, but overall, great barbers and great service. Thank you! 🙏

First time with a dude with a long beard did an amazing job. Second time was with an older gal and she gave me a pretty awful fade. It was not blended whatsoever and looks like a straight line across my head.
